ERROR MESSAGE - Unable to create directory wp-content/uploads/2014/03. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

This error can be corrected following these steps.

1. Login to your cPanel and click on "Legacy File Manager"
2. Click on wp-content
3. Click on Change Permissions (top right)
4. Check all boxes (777) and click Change

You can also change the file permisions using any FTP client such as Filezilla
